Treasure Property Group is a real estate and development company based in South Florida, dedicated to excellence in construction, property management, and investment services. Our Projects & Acquisitions Department oversees residential construction developments and ensures every project meets the highest quality and safety standards.
We are currently seeking a Construction Supervisor to join our growing team and ensure that every job site runs efficiently, safely, and according to plan.
Position Summary
The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations of our construction projects. This position ensures that all work complies with project plans, specifications, schedules, and safety regulations while coordinating with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to achieve successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site construction activities (hardwork) and field teams.
- Verify compliance with blueprints, technical specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities.
- Conduct daily and weekly site inspections to ensure progress and quality.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate site documentation.
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
- Communicate effectively with engineers, managers, and project leadership.
- Identify and report risks, delays, or deviations from plans.
Qualifications
- Technical degree or higher in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in on-site construction supervision or technical field support.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Proficient with Google Workspace and construction management tools (e.g., ClickUp).
- Intermediate English level preferred (Spanish bilingual a plus).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
