This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role designed for a professional with expertise across multiple carpentry scopes—framing, drywall, and trim—who is ready to take the next step into supervisory responsibilities.

As a Senior Carpentry Supervisor, you'll blend craftsmanship and leadership, overseeing daily site operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring that every project is completed on schedule and to our exacting standards. Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise rough and finish carpentry work, including framing, drywall, and trim installation.
• Oversee daily field operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and up to GCB quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications accurately.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication.
• Monitor and enforce site safety compliance according to company and regulatory standards.
• Lead, mentor, and train junior carpentry team members, fostering professional development and accountability.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient job sites at all times.
• Track materials, tools, and project progress with precision.
• Represent GCB Building Group with professionalism and integrity in all client and partner interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of residential carpentry experience, with exposure to multiple trades.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and overseeing on-site operations.
• Proficient in framing, drywall, finish carpentry, and trim installation.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, take accurate measurements, and plan ahead effectively.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Schedule
