Position: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position:

As an Accounts Payable Specialist at West Shore Home, you will process and code invoices with accuracy and collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to resolve variances and review statements to ensure timely payments and no past due invoices.

Key Role Accountabilities:

  • Create invoices in Medius either from PO's (Order Based) or expensed and check GL, Dimension coding prior to posting.
  • Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy including department and location coding.
  • Correspond with outside vendors and review their statements to ensure timely payments and no past due invoices.
  • Collaborate with procurement and warehouses to resolve automated three-way match variances.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience performing similar tasks required.
  • Strong attention-to-details aptitude and skills.
