The Executive Assistant to Sales Team will provide comprehensive administrative support three leaders and the wider 30 person sales team to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department in a fast-paced financial services environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Description

  • Provide daily administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Prepare and format presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Assist in organizing team events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and files for the sales department.
  • Handle expense reports and ensure timely submission and reconciliation.
  • Support ad hoc projects and tasks to contribute to the team's success.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant to Sales Team should have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
  • A Bachelors degree is a requirement for this position
