Primoris Energy Services is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for our Houston, TX office This role offers the opportunity to provide vital support to senior leadership while ensuring smooth daily operations. You'll coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel, while also assisting with presentations, reports, and expense tracking. In addition, you'll serve as a key point of contact across departments, helping to streamline communication, manage projects, and maintain compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide calendar and scheduling support, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and reminders.
  • Prepare and assist with reports, presentations, and other executive communications.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings by reserving rooms, preparing agendas, distributing materials, and capturing action items.
  • Arrange and manage travel logistics, including booking transportation, accommodations, and preparing itineraries.
  • Support expense reporting by gathering receipts and preparing documentation.
  • Assist with office support needs, such as coordinating technology or facilities requests and supporting new hire setup.
  • Track team tasks, deadlines, and projects, ensuring timely follow-up and progress updates.
  • Assist with compliance-related tasks, including routing contracts, licenses, insurance, and legal documents.
  • Provide general administrative and project support as needed to help operations run smoothly.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant coursework preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a construction or industrial environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), Power BI, and Visio
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to interact professionally with field employees, supervisors, and management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Must maintain confidentiality of employee and project information.
