24 Hour Flood Pros is a nationwide leader in water and fire damage restoration. We specialize in rapid response, expert mitigation, and helping homeowners and businesses recover from disasters. With locations across the country, we are growing fast and looking for driven leaders to help expand and support our teams.

We are looking for an Assistant Regional Mitigation Manager to support and guide location managers in growing their businesses. This role will help ensure operational success, streamline mitigation processes, and drive business growth for multiple locations within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in mentoring and developing location managers to maximize their potential and business performance.
  • Oversee and support multiple locations, ensuring each team follows best practices for water and fire mitigation services.
  • Help implement effective mitigation strategies, quality control measures, and customer service standards.
  • Identify growth opportunities for each location, including marketing, partnerships, and operational improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, helping managers achieve revenue and efficiency goals.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and coaching teams on mitigation techniques, equipment use, and industry compliance.
  • Work closely with the corporate office to ensure alignment with company goals and regional strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, IICRC guidelines, and safety regulations across all locations.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in water damage mitigation, restoration, or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of mitigation operations, drying techniques, and restoration equipment.
  • Experience managing or coaching teams in a fast-paced, service-driven industry.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and create action plans for improvement.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, etc.) are a plus.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.


Compensation: $75, $110,000.00 per year
