Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field sales visits to meet potential and existing customers.
  • Generate new business leads and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Present products, share catalogues, and provide the right furniture solutions to customers.
  • Report daily sales activities, client feedback, and market updates to management.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collect and analyze market and competitor information.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience in field sales, preferably in the furniture industry.
  • Good communication skills (Hindi/Gujarati/English as needed).
  • Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
  • Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
  • Good knowledge of local market areas.
  • Professional appearance and behavior.

Education Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
