ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for an Analyst to join the Underwriting team. This individual will be responsible for executing Rightway's underwriting operations for strategic bids ensuring the timely submission of competitive and high-quality RFP responses.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Execute financial models to support the underwriting process for sales bids and interpret the results of the models to identify key factors driving those results.
- Present underwriting results to internal stakeholders and implement feedback to create optimal financial offers.
- Perform detailed pharmacy claims analysis to identify and remedy variances in financial performance by recommending adjustments to pricing schedules.
- Evaluate department processes, identify opportunities for improved outcomes or efficiencies, and implement planned improvements.
- Run quality control processes to ensure the quality and accuracy of analyses.
- Other duties as assigned.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education level: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics or other related discipline.
- Work experience: 1+ years professional experience preferably with exposure to underwriting or pricing.
- Location information: Remote.
- Specific skills needed for job: experience with SQL & Microsoft Office. Working experience with Tableau, Python, R, or SAS.
EXTRA CREDIT:
- Education level: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics or other related discipline.
- Work experience: 1+ years professional experience preferably with exposure to underwriting or pricing.

SALARY: $70,000-100,000/yr
Offer amounts for both remote and in office roles are influenced by geographic location.
