About the project

As a Senior Backend .NET Engineer,you will ensure the seamless operation of business processes by swiftly resolving user-facing issues, executing routine operational tasks, and collaborating closely with Tier 2 Support Engineers.

How you'll contribute

Act as the first point of contact for all incoming support requests.

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues and system errors to ensure operational continuity.

Handle essential and routine operational requests, such as managing data subscriptions, adjusting customer settings, maintaining SSRS report subscriptions, making minor updates to SSRS reports, and executing configuration changes or data corrections.

Work closely with customer support, along with other business stakeholders, and Tier 2 Support Engineers to understand requirements, escalate complex issues, and ensure effective solutions.

Gather evidence, document findings, and maintain clear records of support activities and resolutions for knowledge sharing and operational continuity.

Participate in feedback loops to refine support processes and contribute to ongoing improvements in system stability and user experience.

This would make you the ideal candidate

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ Years of experience working in C#, ASP.NET Core/6.0+.

5+ Years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server.

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

Experience in application development and deployment within a Microsoft ecosystem.

Familiar with Microsoft SSRS Reporting.

Experience with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.

Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
