About the Role

We're seeking a
detail-oriented and organized Account Setup Coordinator
to join a leading organization in the
banking and financial services sector
.

In this role, you'll ensure that customer accounts meet all internal and regulatory compliance standards, including
Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
and
Know Your Customer (KYC)
requirements.

You'll collaborate with
relationship managers and clients
to resolve account issues, maintain compliance, and deliver excellent customer service — all while meeting strict deadlines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review and update customer accounts to ensure compliance with internal policies and federal regulations.
  • Partner with internal and external relationship managers to resolve account documentation issues.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service during account remediation.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks.
  • Accurately document and track account activities.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
    .
  • Strong organizational skills
    and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication
    skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining
    confidentiality
    throughout all review processes.

Work Environment
