About the Role
We're seeking a
detail-oriented and organized Account Setup Coordinator
to join a leading organization in the
banking and financial services sector
.
In this role, you'll ensure that customer accounts meet all internal and regulatory compliance standards, including
Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
and
Know Your Customer (KYC)
requirements.
You'll collaborate with
relationship managers and clients
to resolve account issues, maintain compliance, and deliver excellent customer service — all while meeting strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and update customer accounts to ensure compliance with internal policies and federal regulations.
- Partner with internal and external relationship managers to resolve account documentation issues.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service during account remediation.
- Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks.
- Accurately document and track account activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
. - Strong organizational skills
and exceptional attention to detail. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills. - Commitment to maintaining
confidentiality
throughout all review processes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in
banking or financial services
. - Knowledge of
AML regulations
. - Familiarity with
Salesforce
and
KYC procedures
.
Work Environment
This role begins with
in-office training in Knoxville, TN
, and transitions to
remote work after training completion
