ACCOUNT MANAGER

Account Managers within our organization oversee the project opportunity execution once scheduled. Critical data transfer to and from the job site to the installer and back to the client is the focus of the day to day in this position. Overall emphasis will be on new and transitioning accounts to promote long term aligned partnerships. Growth and continued education in estimating, scheduling, managing, and industry related practices and install methodology will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new accounts and gathering the qualification strategies to put them on the path to converting to top performing account.
  • The goal is to work towards managing $1.25 - $2 million in closed revenue in projects.
  • Providing accurate and complete installation deliverables to the install resource for successful install execution. Owning the end result and ensuring deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are hit and submitted daily.
  • Implement install / project completion strategy when required based on opportunity specific, route specific, or installer specific needs.
  • Problem solve and adapt in order to provide process and solution oriented adjustments when issues arise on the job site utilizing the AIIA and technical support resources.

Key attributes to be successful:

This position requires a level head to professionally and confidently advocate for both client and installer with integrity to proper and successful opportunity execution. A comfort in directing, analyzing, and solving for unexpected problems and communicating with reason and logic quickly will be essential to the success of this position. Customer service is paramount and understanding and critical think of on site best practices and problem solving to maximize our success rate in the field is crucial. You will build relationshiops with installers and clients and be able to translate and communicate back and forth with ease.

*Please note: We are seeking specific experience in the signage and graphics industry with specific background in installation, fabrication, or vendor management of signage and graphics resources. Salesforce background or knowledge would be extremely helpful as it is the crm we use for all tracking, documentation, and submittal purposes.

Disposition: Eager to learn, thorough, attention to detail, organized, strong communication, critical thinking and problem solving skills, as well as team player mentality. Comfort in chaos, this candidate thrives in assimilating data and schedules at overlapping increments of urgency and detail. We work in a very fast paced atmosphere and organization is required to be successful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48, $65,000.00 per year
