Hourly Pay Rate: $28-$30

Shift: Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:00pm

The Recruitment Coordinator will lead recruitment efforts and work to ensure talent is attracted and hired in an efficient manner. This role involves overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, managing Recruiters/HR Support Specialists and collaborating with hiring managers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effectively partner with Director of Talent Acquisition to develop, monitor, and analyze recruitment related strategies.
  • Lead hiring activities to include the job posting process, sourcing, reporting and background check compliance.
  • Participate in interview rotation.
  • Conduct on-going analyses of recruitment initiatives to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and post content for internal growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing for external hiring source content and social media ads.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with colleges and universities
  • Coordinate and attend career related events.
  • Create, build and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
  • Coordinate onsite services for drug screens and TB testing.
  • Ensure that all reference and background checks are completed and consistent with agency standards.
  • Collaborate with Recruiters/HR Support Specialists and programs to enhance processes and implement new initiatives as needed.
  • Ability to oversee all aspects of the recruiting life-cycle process.
  • Possess working knowledge of employment laws, as well as HR policies and procedures which relate to recruitment and hiring.
  • Comply with all agency policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal and team building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the supervision and development of Recruiters/HR Support Specialists.
  • In absence for Director of Talent Acquisition, provides oversight and guidance to Recruitment team members.
