Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic sales team to focus on At-Risk and Inactive/lapsed accounts. The team's primary goal is to proactively identify, engage, and retain accounts showing signs of declining activity, dissatisfaction, or potential churn. Through careful analysis of account behavior, understanding customer needs, and delivering timely solutions, this team will stabilize relationships, recover revenue, and maximize long-term customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify at-risk or inactive accounts through TMS data, account activity reports, and "At Risk" and "Win-Back" leads.
  • Engage proactively with accounts to understand challenges, needs, and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement tailored strategies to retain and re-activate at-risk accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, operations) to deliver timely solutions and exceptional service.
  • Transition successfully re-engaged accounts back to assigned sales agents for ongoing management.
  • Continuously analyze account trends to refine engagement and retention strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess account behavior and identify risk indicators.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement proactive retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting tools.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue retention.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing at-risk or lapsed accounts in a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of freight/logistics or related industries (if applicable).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
