Location: Remote
Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 per year (Based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, 8 hours per day with On Call Responsibilities.

As a Software Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting CIS' custom software solutions
What You'll Do
· Provide first level technical support for our Public Safety Applications
· Provide after-hours support on a rotating basis with the team
· Help maintain product documentation and Knowledge Base
· Escalate urgent issues to appropriate internal teams/departments based on procedures
What You'll Bring
· Proficient with Microsoft Windows operating systems
· Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL preferred
· Experience with basic networking concepts preferred
· Strong software troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
· Exceptional problem-solving skills
· Attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills
· Self-starter with a desire to understand and implement solutions
· Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
· Public safety or emergency response software experience a plus
· Degree in Computer Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related degree is desired
· Must pass a criminal history background check
