We're expanding our professional network statewide, and we're looking for motivated Territory Account Managers to build strong referral relationships with industry professionals who trust Titan with their clients.

Position Overview:

The Territory Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with referral partners such as insurance agents, real estate professionals, and property managers. Your mission is to grow Titan's referral network, nurture those relationships, and become the go-to contact when their clients need reliable home exterior services.

This is not a door-to-door sales role — it's a business development and relationship management position that rewards professional networking, communication, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential referral partners in your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with insurance agents, realtors, property managers, and other professionals
  • Educate partners about Titan's services and the benefits of referring clients to us
  • Schedule meetings, presentations, and appreciation events to strengthen partnerships
  • Maintain regular communication with referral partners to ensure engagement and trust
  • Track outreach activity and referrals through Titan's CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal sales and project management teams to ensure partners' clients receive top-tier service
