Full Job Description

BELBO Beauty Institute is currently seeking reliable esthetics instructor for our Little Rock campus. We are looking for energetic professionals with a dedicated career- focus. He or she must exude a passion to coach and motivate future beauty professionals in this rapidly expanding industry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

A current Arkansas Esthetics Instructor license or ability to obtain one within

14 days of hire date

A minimum of 2 years industry experience

Maintain Arkansas board requirements for sterilization and sanitation

Meet BELBO Beauty Institute's service objectives and retail sales goals

Ensure all classroom/ clinic floor protocols and standards are maintained

Facilitate classes and conduct student examinations

Experience in Skin Care and Hair Removal

Flexibility in the classroom/work schedule

A strong work ethic with the ability to multitask

Legendary customer service attitude

Passion to mentor and grow future Estheticians

Ability to create positive learning experience to ensure student success

Must be knowledgeable in Take- Home Products

Uphold professional demeanor in- and out of uniform

Excellent communication skills

Ability to provide verifiable references

Willing to grow proficiencies with computer technology, tutorials, presentation software, and other various learning systems

Participate in new student orientation, school events, and staff meetings

Be willing to travel for professional development

Ideal candidate will work closely with school director

License/Certification:

  • Esthetics or Cosmetology License (Must be current)

Compensation:
