The Vice President of Operations assists with implementation of the strategic vision of the branch. The Vice President assists with the day-to-day leadership and management, presenting the appropriate image to the public, and assisting with the management of short and long-range goals of the branch. Vice Presidents assist directly with the supervision of the branch level management. A Vice President assists with the budget, fiscal management and financial health of the branch and will be in partnership with our branch location in Fort Myers, FL.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide leadership and oversight in general operations of the branch.
  • Monitor performance of overarching goals and initiatives for the branch.
  • Establish positive relationships with stakeholders at the branch level.
  • Assist with management of strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations at the branch level.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Valid Florida Community Association Manager (LCAM) License required.
  • 5+ years of directly related or closely related experience required
  • 7+ years of Management and/or Supervisory experience required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerBI etc.) at an expert level.
  • Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at an expert level.
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
