The VP ensures that the company delivers high-quality, patient-centered home infusion therapy services including specialty drugs, maintains regulatory compliance, ensures accreditation requirements, and achieves financial performance targets. This role involves close collaboration with the executive team, clinical leaders, sales and marketing, and external partners.Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's long-term strategy, focusing on market expansion, service innovation, and enhanced patient outcomes.Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, including pharmacy, TPN< specialty drugs, procurement, intake, and delivery services to ensure efficient workflows and quality service.Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, drug contracting strategies based on CMS and commercial fee schedules, and implement cost control measures to achieve revenue and profitability goals.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, including those set by the FDA, CMS, and accreditation bodies.Quality Assurance: Lead quality improvement initiatives, monitor patient satisfaction, and drive clinical excellence in all aspects of home infusion therapy.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and foster relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and referral sources.Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team; cultivate a positive organizational culture that supports employee engagement and professional growth.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary spokesperson for the pharmacy, communicating with the Executive Team, Health Plan partners and key stakeholdersCore Competencies:Strategic ThinkingFinancial AcumenOperational ExcellenceRegulatory and Quality ComplianceLeadership and Team BuildingRelationship ManagementWhat you need to succeed:Must hold an RPh degree or higherBachelor's degree in pharmacy, business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (master's degree preferred).Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in home infusion, specialty pharmacy, or a related healthcare service sector.Demonstrated success in strategic planning, operational management, and financial oversight.Prior health plan experience, understanding of part B fee schedules, Drug prior authorization, and knowledge of drug contracting strategies.Strong knowledge of home infusion therapy, specialty drug management, care management, clinical best practices, and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing industry trends.Join our team as we strive for excellence through teamwork, where our patients are #1IHCS is an equal opportunity employer.
