About the Role

Are you a top-tier Payroll / HCM Sales Professional ready to take your career higher?

We're seeking a Senior Sales Executive to help expand our footprint in two of the fastest-growing sectors — the cannabis and multi-EIN employer markets.

This role is ideal for a consultative, solutions-driven sales professional who thrives on closing complex, high-value deals and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business development and manage a portfolio of mid-to-large prospects.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Implementation, Payroll, Tax, and HR Tech teams to ensure client success.
  • Lead tailored product demos, ROI analyses, and contract negotiations with executive stakeholders.
  • Provide market insights, mentor Account Executives, and support strategic sales initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Maintain a well-documented and organized pipeline within the CRM system.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales success — ideally within Payroll, HCM, HRIS, or SaaS environments.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota (e.g., President's Club, Circle of Excellence).
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities with executive-level buyers.
  • Ability to self-generate business, manage a full sales cycle, and close high-value opportunities.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with a growth mindset and team-first mentality.
