Job Title: Remote Client Account Executive

Hourly Pay: $30  - $35/hour

Summary:

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Client Account Executive to join our remote team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, deliver excellent service, and help uncover new business opportunities. You'll work closely with clients to understand their goals, provide strategic guidance, and ensure overall satisfaction. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on building long-term relationships, resolving challenges with tailored solutions, and contributing to account growthall from the comfort of home.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts with a focus on satisfaction and retention.

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Identify client needs and present customized product or service recommendations.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and project delivery.Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and address concerns.Develop and execute strategies for upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth.Track account activity and provide reports on performance and opportunities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in account management, sales, or client services.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain attention to detail.

Proficiency with CRM tools and maintaining accurate account data.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
