Exciting new opportunity at a fun, dynamic workplace Superlanet is looking for a Recruiter/Account Manager to join our team We love collaborating in-person, therefore, this person will need to be located in San Diego, CA.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have a strong ability to assess a candidate's potential through thoughtful and strategic questioning. They should possess excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates, as well as manage client accounts effectively. The right individual will be proactive in developing client relationships, understanding hiring needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. A commitment to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future openings
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on resume reviews and interview feedback
  • Act as the main point of contact for both candidates and client stakeholders
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly
  • Travel quarterly to assigned accounts and conferences
  • Manage and grow client accounts by ensuring satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities
  • Meet weekly and monthly quotas related to candidate outreach, client communication, and placements

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and client relationships
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ATS systems
  • High energy, professionalism, and a passion for people
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quotas

The salary range below is based on the market rate and is contingent on the organization's requisition and qualifications of the candidate:

60-80k + commission and bonus
