Requirements

Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain the necessary state insurance licenses.

Experience: Preferably 1-2 years in sales, customer service, or a related field. Insurance experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Driven: Highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a passion for success in sales.

Adaptability: Efficiently adjust to various situations and client needs while maintaining a positive attitude.

Problem-Solving: Ability to assess customer needs and offer practical solutions.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their individual insurance needs.

Sales Target Achievement: Proactively selling insurance products while meeting individual and team sales targets.

Needs Assessment: Evaluating customer needs and present tailored insurance options to suit those needs.

Customer Service: Providing excellent after-sales support and ensuring client satisfaction.

Market Knowledge: Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and changes in insurance products.

Outreach: Identifying potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals to expand the customer base.
