Position Summary

We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure our team runs smoothly. The ideal candidate communicates confidently in [specify languages], is proactive, professional, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to leadership and team members.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents in both languages.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely, professional, and bilingual manner.
  • Translate internal communications and documents as needed.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems—digital and physical.
  • Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and database management.
  • Support office operations, including ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance.
  • Assist with onboarding processes and internal communications as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Experience with project management or CRM software.
  • Basic bookkeeping or HR support experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1, $2,000.00 per month
