Your Role:

  • Sales Expertise: Present, promote, and sell our tax preparation services to a variety of clients over the phone.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting, positive client relationships and resolve any issues with ease.
  • Meet & Exceed Targets: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  • Exemplary Communication: Excel in both verbal and written communication, building rapport with clients effortlessly.

What You Need:

  • Sales Experience: Preferred but not required.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Skill Set: Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills, with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Growth Mindset: Openness to feedback and a drive for continuous improvement.
