What you'll do
Pindrop's Product Marketing team (Pindrop PMM) plays a pivotal role in delivering Pindrop's cutting-edge solutions to the market by blending a technical understanding of products with clear articulation of their core usage, benefits, and features—all in the context of customer outcomes. You will be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting the planning, launch, and cross-functional implementation of new products and features with our Partner ecosystem—including AI-enabled authentication, fraud prevention, and deepfake detection capabilities.
- Independently contributing and working as part of multi-disciplinary teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, Legal, Finance, etc.), bringing strong communication and high organization to projects that leverage emerging AI technologies and partner ecosystem requirements.
- Rapidly becoming a product expert, capable of building technical product-related content and translating the impact and benefits of complex solutions—especially those utilizing AI/ML—into customer-first and partner-ready messaging.
- Creating programs and campaigns to expand into new vertical markets and geographies, with a strong emphasis on AI-powered differentiators and strategic positioning for partner channels.
- Mapping and documenting customer and partner buying journeys, key personas, and competitive landscapes, incorporating market analysis and competitive intelligence, especially for products and partnerships driven by data and AI advancements.
- Partnering with internal and external teams to produce marketing and sales collateral that communicates both traditional and AI-enhanced product value (case studies, website content, campaign materials), tailored for channel partners.
- Managing product documentation, claims, and customer references for internal and public-facing use, ensuring claims and messaging accurately reflect AI capabilities and responsible adoption in the partner context.
- Staying informed on AI market trends, regulatory requirements, and ethical considerations—including data privacy, bias mitigation, risk management, and responsible AI use—and weaving these insights into partner messaging
- Ensuring cross-functional launch processes are optimized for partner go-to-market initiatives with both product and AI-driven solutions.
- Creating and iterating scalable Partner PMM processes for GTM, with emphasis on rapid innovation for AI-powered launches and effective partner enablement.
- You are a creative and strategic thinker who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments, comfortable working with cross-functional teams on both general GTM projects and AI-driven partner marketing initiatives.
- You are resilient in the face of challenges, change, and ambiguity.
- You are optimistic and believe that you can make a problem into a solution.
- You are resourceful, excited to uncover innovative solutions and teach yourself something new when needed—especially as the AI and partner landscape continually evolves.
- You take accountability, do what you say you'll do, under-promise and over-deliver.
- You are nimble and adaptable when priorities change and continue to see the "forest through the trees."
- You actively seek opportunities to learn about emerging AI technologies, ethics, and best practices—and share those insights to improve partner program management and product launch effectiveness.
Must-haves:
- 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, including ownership of multi-channel launch plans for technically complex products, ideally with a background in SaaS/software.
- Direct experience in product marketing for AI/ML-enabled products or cybersecurity solutions (fraud detection, authentication, deepfake prevention, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex technology concepts—including AI, machine learning, and partner ecosystems—into actionable marketing collateral and clear language for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong project management skills, with successful experience driving product launches and coordinating cross-team efforts (Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Partner Management).
- Data-driven and detail-oriented—confident in leveraging analytics, competitive research, and trends in AI and partner ecosystems to inform messaging and positioning.
Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with tools and frameworks for AI marketing and partner enablement (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field; AI certifications, technical coursework, or channel program experience preferred.
As a Pindropper, you will join a rapidly growing company making technology more human with the power of voice. You will work alongside some of the best and brightest. We're a passionate group committed to excellence - but that doesn't stop us from enjoying the journey as a team with chess and poker tournaments, catered lunches and happy hours, wellness programming, and more. Because we take our jobs seriously, we add in time for rest with Unlimited PTO.
Within 30 days, you'll
- Complete onboarding and attend New Employee Orientation sessions with other new Pindroppers.
- Map the product launch ecosystem—conduct stakeholder interviews across Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Partner Management, and other GTM teams to understand current launch processes, roles, and pain points for partner channels.
- Deep dive into Pindrop's product portfolio—including our core AI/voice security solutions, technical capabilities, and competitive differentiators through demos and documentation review.
- Shadow existing product launches to observe current partner integration and project management practices.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders across different geographies and functions who will be critical to your success.
- Audit current PMM processes for partners to understand existing frameworks and identify opportunities for improvement.
Within 60 days, you'll
- Develop your first piece of technical marketing content—such as a one-pager, blog post, or sales enablement asset—documenting and demonstrating expertise in voice/AI security or detection solutions for partner use.
- Take ownership of your first product launch workstream with timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications, adapted for partner GTM.
- Implement improved launch planning sessions, dependency tracking, stakeholder check-ins, and launch retrospectives, focusing on scalable partner launches for AI-enabled products.
- Weigh into dashboards for visibility on GTM and launch initiatives, integrating competitor moves and AI market trends.
Within 90 days, you'll
- Lead your first go-to-market initiative, such as entering a new vertical or launching a product feature powered by AI and optimized for partner channels.
- Launch new marketing collateral targeting competitive advantages and partner enablement, addressing identified gaps in the current partner toolkit.
- Analyze and design scalable PMM processes for GTM, emphasizing rapid iteration and continuous improvement for partner and AI-powered launches.
- Teach us something new—share insights from industry knowledge, partner channel expertise, and personal learning that will elevate launch effectiveness for voice security and AI-centric products for partners.
