In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing digital business analysis for You will leverage your expertise to acquire valuable data and information, define key metrics, and translate complex insights into actionable strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience across digital channels, driving member growth, retention, and sales.

Experience in data management, data science, data analytics, reporting/dashboards, and supporting business objectives for critical business objectives.Supports innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement in the Digital Analytics Team with measurable process improvements and tools including data warehouse, SQL, PowerBI, Google Looker Studio, Survey Monkey, Salesforce Einstein and Personalization.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement in the Digital Analytics Team with measurable process improvements and tools including data warehouse, SQL, PowerBI, Google Looker Studio, Survey Monkey, Salesforce Einstein and Personalization.Support new business ventures and initiatives via clearly thought out data practices and analysis with quick turnaround times and accuracy.Collaborates and works actively with cross functional teams including, Marketing, Sales, Product Management, IT, Sales and Supply Chain to provide data driven support and solutions.Demonstrates a clear understanding of business and customer needs, leveraging a demonstrated knowledge of data and business processes, identification of opportunities for automation and innovation, and design and implementation of solutions that allow for scale and efficiency using a data driven approach.Develops and manages data driven decision making processes to support and drive marketing and communications strategies to support customer growth, retention and conversion goals.Play an instrumental role in evolving and designing new, innovative measurement tools, managing the process through to delivery and take ownership of roll out within the organization.Responsible for gathering and synthesizing large data from multiple sources (analytics, data warehouse, voice of customer, acquisition campaigns, etc.) to determine correlation/drivers, build customer segments, diagrams, charts and provide detailed analysis for digital and marketing teams.Drives strategic analysis and tactical execution of levers driving customer growth, retention and conversion like At Risk customer analysis, Cancellation analysis, Active Order improvements etc.Owns, manages and reports on website satisfaction via a detailed analysis of website driven customer satisfaction survey. Analyze and report of scores as well as drivers of the score on a global level.Active participant in the analytics roadmap: Web Analytics, BI Tools, Data Visualization.Measures and refines KPIs, Customer Segments, Business Transactions, Customer Interactions.Helps expand the data ecosystem to include web analytics, A/B testing, and other advanced testing/personalization tools – enabling AI and machine learning capabilities focused on optimizing customers' experience.Support global implementation of new websites and develop enhanced reporting capabilities for individual business units.Drive site improvements in content types, customer sales funnel steps and product pages via data driven and clearly thought out strategies with measurable results tracking and a learn and improve process.Develop and execute site effectiveness strategy with the view to optimize customer segmentation driven optimal site paths.Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Business, Data Science, or Mathematics.10+ years of experience in working with analytics platforms.5+ years experience in marketing, with a focus on Analytics, digital marketing (Agency or in-house experience).5+ years management or team leadership experience.Must have a strong understanding of Google Analytics, and Google Tag ManagerAdvanced skills in developing reports using reporting tools and dashboards, such as Power BI or Tableau.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills are required.Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on critical thinking, root cause analysis, and problem-solving is required.Demonstrated a sense of urgency and ability to persevere to reach objectives for challenging problems.Strong communication skills with experience presenting and translating data into decision-ready insights.Excellent vendor and stakeholder management & negotiation skills.Experience working within a marketing team or digital marketing team.Experience with analytic techniques and statistical modeling.Ability to extract meaning and suggest action items from data, not just report metrics.Deep understanding of web-related behaviors and trends and ability to optimize for these.Deep experience in building out digital data practices for both brands and ecommerce companies.Proven track record of building highly effective digital analytics teams.-
