As an Account Manager on our Channel Marketing Team, you'll be the bridge between our clients and internal teams; leading campaigns, building trust, and driving measurable results.

What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, overseeing marketing plans, timelines, budgets, and ensuring all deliverables align with the scope of work.

  • Partner closely with the Strategic Lead to develop and implement campaign strategies and provide regular updates and performance analysis.

  • Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend solutions that add value and enhance project outcomes.

  • Oversee client retention, billing, and profitability, ensuring each account meets its financial and relationship goals.

  • Create estimates and proposals, collaborating with the Account Lead or Director as needed.

  • Hold internal kick-off meetings, manage project closeouts, and lead reflective sessions to ensure continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in account management, marketing, or client services (agency experience preferred).

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.

  • Ability to translate client goals into actionable marketing plans and measurable objectives.

  • A deep curiosity about how clients' businesses operate, their products, audiences, and competition.

  • A proven ability to build strong, respectful relationships across internal teams and with clients.

  • Clear, confident, and professional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong project management and time management skills; capable of handling multiple priorities with efficiency.

  • Commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work that meets or exceeds expectations.

  • Willingness to take initiative, engage in crucial conversations, and contribute to Flint's positive culture.
