Commercial Property Administrator

Description of Duties, including but not limited to:
· Oversee the daily administrative and customer service requirements for commercial office and retail tenants.
· Foster positive tenant relationships and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, requests, and work orders.
· Prepare and maintain service contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
· Possess the ability to read, interpret, and uphold commercial leases.
· Manage the tracking and renewal of certificates of insurance (COI) for vendors and tenants.
· Coordinate tenant's move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition process.
· Assist in the preparation and management of annual budgets.
· Conduct thorough property inspections and oversee the preparation of inspection reports.
· Review and accurately code property invoices for processing.
· Input Leases and Amendments into MRI for PM review.
Skills required:
· Demonstrated customer relationship skills.
· Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
· Self-directed with excellent follow-through.
· Positive and flexible attitude.
· Strong technical skills with MS Office and Excel.
· Strong verbal and communication skills.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
· Ability to drive to other local commercial assets as needed.
· Preferred to have some experience in Commercial Property Management.
· Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
· Software Programs – experience preferred:
o MRI accounting software
o AvidXchange
o Workspeed
