Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) Hudson Grove is seeking a high-level Property Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. We're looking for a motivated leader ready to train under our senior leadership, learn our systems, and take charge of one of our multi-site apartment communities.

Your Role as an Experienced Property Manager
  • Lead, train, and develop on-site teams to meet company performance goals.
  • Drive accountability across leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff.
  • Monitor and review property financials, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Cultivate a positive team culture focused on communication and results.
  • Motivate staff to achieve occupancy, renewal, and resident satisfaction goals.
  • Take initiative in solving challenges and improving daily operations.
  • Retain and apply company procedures and policies consistently.
 You Bring:
  1. Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required.
  2. Proven leadership experience in property management.
  3. Strong ability to manage different personalities and team dynamics.
  4. Confident in reviewing financials, budgets, and performance metrics.
  5. Reliable, proactive, and solutions-driven professional.
  6. Exceptional communication, organizational, and training skills.
  7. Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.
