We are seeking an experienced
Senior Property Accountant
to provide interim support for our commercial real estate portfolio. This role requires strong full-cycle property accounting skills, proficiency in
Yardi
, and the ability to step into a fast-paced environment with minimal ramp-up.

Responsibilities
* Manage full-cycle accounting for assigned
commercial properties
, including office, retail, and mixed-use assets

* Prepare and review monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and supporting schedules

* Complete CAM reconciliations, rent roll reviews, bank reconciliations, accruals, and general ledger maintenance

* Ensure accurate and timely recording of tenant billing, lease abstractions, adjustments, and revenue recognition

* Partner with property managers and asset managers to review financial performance and resolve discrepancies

* Assist with year-end audit support, property budgets, and forecasting as needed

* Maintain accuracy and integrity of accounting data within
Yardi
; troubleshoot system issues and support process improvements

Qualifications

* BS in Accounting or related field

* 5+ years of property accounting experience, with strong exposure to
commercial real estate
*
Yardi Voyager
experience (other Yardi modules a plus)

* Strong understanding of CAM/operating expense reconciliations and lease accounting

* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple properties

* Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

* 3+ years of property accounting experience, with strong exposure to commercial real estate

* Yardi experience

* Strong understanding of CAM/operating expense reconciliations and lease accounting

* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple properties
