Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales initiatives and marketing efforts. This leadership role requires a proven track record in outside sales, business development, and management, with a focus on B2B and technology sales. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, foster client relationships, and drive revenue growth through innovative marketing and sales techniques. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets across various markets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders through effective account management.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and expanding existing client accounts.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, branding strategies, and digital marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze data, and generate reports for decision-making.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product teams to align technical sales strategies with product development goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales roles with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated management skills with experience leading a team of sales or marketing professionals.
- Expertise in business development, account management, negotiation, and customer service.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance.
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and foster a collaborative environment.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Knowledge of marketing principles combined with creativity to develop innovative campaigns that drive engagement.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130, $150,000.00 per year
