Responsibilities

  • Assemble products and components on the manufacturing line using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and finished goods within the facility.
  • Follow detailed assembly instructions and quality standards to ensure each product meets specifications.
  • Conduct inspections during assembly to identify defects or discrepancies, maintaining high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production targets efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Assist in loading and unloading materials using warehouse experience and forklift operation skills.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on assembly processes and workflow efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with assembly environments.
  • Mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment is essential.
  • Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts within a warehouse setting is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions and quality standards.
  • Ability to work effectively on an assembly line in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
  • Experience with warehouse operations or logistics is a plus, supporting efficient material handling.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with team members.
