Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler/Installer to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products and installing products into or around businesses with precision and efficiency. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively ensuring that all products meet quality standards.

Duties

  • Carefully install business signs.
  • Assemble components and products using hand tools and power tools according to specifications and blueprints.
  • Operate lifts and boom trucks as well as other machinery as needed to transport materials from one location to the next.
  • Conduct quality checks on assembled products to verify accuracy and functionality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while on the job site
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot any assembly/installation issues, reporting problems to supervisors as necessary.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
  • Familiarity with installation processes is advantageous.
  • Experience operating scissor lifts is a plus; certification may be required.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
