Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Company Store Associate to support daily store operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with POS systems, inventory handling, product stocking, and customer service. This role involves extensive standing, walking, pulling, and lifting. The associate will be responsible for ensuring smooth store workflow, maintaining store standards, and providing a positive shopping experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate POS system to process sales transactions and credit card payments
  • Greet employees and provide professional customer service in store environment
  • Receive, stock, and replenish merchandise (games, apparel, accessories, etc.)
  • Pull games/products from storage to fulfill in-store and online replenishment needs
  • Create shipping labels (USPS / UPS) for outbound orders
  • Assist with store inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels
  • Ensure store space is clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Maintain product displays, hang apparel, and support general store upkeep
  • Follow safety guidelines while lifting, moving, and stocking items

Requirements & Skills:

  • Prior experience in retail, store operations, warehouse assistant, or cashiering preferred
  • Working knowledge of POS systems / credit card transaction handling
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lifting/pulling/bending)
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs with assistance as required
  • Attention to detail, punctual, reliable, and customer-service oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a positive and approachable attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
