Assitant Director of Nursing
to oversee the delivery of outstanding care to our residents. We provide a warm, supportive environment where staff are valued, and professional growth is encouraged.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure the proper administration of comprehensive care to residents.
  • Provide general nursing care in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs), ensuring adherence to nursing standards, regulations, and facility policies.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain the highest standards of care.
  • Uphold professional nursing practices and provide guidance to team members.

Requirements:

  • Valid LPN or RN license in the State of Ohio.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to delivering quality care with compassion and professionalism.
  • Management experience in a LTC/SNF setting preffered.
