Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in Mesa, AZ. The Mortgage Loan Officer will assist clients in securing mortgages, analyze financial data to determine loan eligibility, and provide exceptional service throughout the mortgage process. Responsibilities include advising potential borrowers, navigating loan application processes, evaluating creditworthiness, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role involves building relationships with clients and maintaining strong communication with other professionals in the mortgage and real estate industries.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in Loan Officers, Mortgage Lending, and the Mortgage Industry
- Understanding of Underwriting processes and ability to assess creditworthiness
- Strong Customer Service skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and client relations
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Mesa, AZ
- Prior experience with real estate transactions or finance is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
