Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Independent Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. You will leverage your skills in sales, negotiation, and customer service to effectively promote our products and services. As an Independent Agent, you will have the opportunity to work independently while contributing to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services, including insurance options.
  • Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and reporting.
  • Utilize analysis skills to assess market trends and identify potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies.
  • Assist clients with benefits administration and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach potential customers and expand the client base.
  • Remain knowledgeable about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales; insurance sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency in sales administration processes and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in customer service roles with a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies is beneficial.
