Join KAST Foodservice, a leading regional foodservice distributor, as a Sales Representative and take control of your earning potential We're seeking motivated individuals who thrive on building relationships, growing revenue, and proactively identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities
- Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.
- Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas.
- Service existing customers
- Effectively demonstrate product line.
- Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas.
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage relationships using a customer-centric approach and CRM tools to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Participate in sales meetings, company events, and customer activities, contributing insights and best practices to foster team growth.
- Coordinate on-site product demonstrations with vendor representatives to showcase our solutions effectively.
- Share marketing content to keep customers informed about our latest solutions.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and support the collections process as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- 2+ years' experience in cold calling sales with a strong track record of success.
- Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, or the Restaurant Industry is strongly preferred; a solid understanding of restaurant operations is highly valued.
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Highly organized, with attention to detail, and effective at prioritizing tasks to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Self-driven with strong initiative and goal orientation.
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology to support sales activities.
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
- A strong desire to create financial success for yourself and the company.
