Part-Time 20-30 hours weekly

We are looking for a Marketing Team Member at Tiny House Society to help us connect Tiny Home Buyers with Tiny Home Sellers in all 50 states. This role promotes purposeful and affordable Tiny Home living solutions. You'll help sell at least 1 Tiny Home a month, connect with Tiny Home Sellers on Facebook Marketplace, create heartwarming Tiny Home listings and communicate with Tiny Home Buyers and Tiny Home Sellers

Compensation:

Starting pay is $30 hourly if you reach your monthly goal of selling at least 1 Tiny Home If monthly sales goal is not met your hourly pay is maintained at $15 hourly.

Key Responsibilities:

Help sell a Minimum of 1 Tiny Home a Month: You'll actively close deals, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both Tiny Home Buyers and Tiny Home Sellers. Your success will contribute to making affordable Tiny Homes more accessible while driving growth for our platform.

Connect with Sellers on Facebook Marketplace: You'll reach out to Tiny Home Sellers on Facebook Marketplace and encourage them to list their Tiny Home with us. Your goal will be to build relationships, inspire trust, and guide sellers through the listing process with care and enthusiasm.

Create Tiny Home Listings: You'll create and upload Tiny Home listings across various websites. Your work will help showcase Tiny Homes to potential buyers, highlighting their features and the lifestyle they offer.

Gather Essential Tiny Home Details: You'll engage with Tiny Home Sellers to collect all the important details needed to create accurate and attractive listings. Your dedication to accuracy will ensure that every Tiny Home is presented in the best possible light.

Call Interested Buyers: You'll follow up with Tiny Home Buyer leads who have expressed interest in specific listings, providing them with additional information and answering any questions. Your goal is to build rapport, understand their needs, and ultimately facilitate a smooth and informed buying process. Then, you will connect the buyer to the seller and coordinate tours and delivery when needed.

Qualifications:

A deep interest in the Tiny Home movement and sustainable living.

An iPhone and a MacBook

Basic marketing knowledge with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and online selling platforms.

Exceptional written communication skills and a knack for storytelling.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing your time effectively.

Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools.
