We are looking for an Ad Sales Marketing Manager to join HBO Max's Ad Sales Marketing team in Latin America. This role will act as a strategic partner to the Creative Ad Lab (CLab), Content Marketing, and other key stakeholders, ensuring flawless coordination, approval, and delivery of brand associations and activations that connect advertisers with HBO Max's iconic IPs, Original productions, sports, awards and other strategic brand opportunities. The position will focus on orchestrating workflows and driving stakeholder alignment, enabling the successful execution of 360° brand integrations and regional sales marketing materials strengthening HBO Max's value proposition with advertisers while driving revenue opportunities across the region.
Areas of Responsibility
Project & Process Management
Serve as the main point of contact between CLab and Content Marketing for projects involving brand integration across HBO Max's content.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and approvals, ensuring clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
- Support the creation and rollout of workflow frameworks for 360° executions, co-marketing initiatives, and branded events.
- Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively escalate or resolve issues to keep projects on track.
Creative & Brand Integration
Track, review, and support the approval of creative assets (sponsorship formats, branded content, events).
Ensure brand integrations align with HBO Max's creative guidelines, co-marketing rules, IP usage policies, and broader content integration standards.
- Adapt global Title Sponsorship decks to the LATAM context and develop commercial sales decks for Local Original Productions (LOPs) and sports, other key content opportunities, and content verticals, ensuring consistency with HBO Max's marketing strategy.
- Coordinate with CP, Legal and Franchise in cases involving IP licensing or brand usage, ensuring compliance and consistency across markets.
- Identify emerging regional opportunities (content trends, advertiser categories, seasonal moments) and translate them into proactive marketing proposals.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Alignment
Ensure early involvement of CLab in planning for IP releases, sports events, award shows, and other tentpole moments to maximize integration opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Content Marketing, CLab, Legal, and global teams to ensure brand integrations, co-marketing initiatives, and IP activations are executed seamlessly and in compliance with HBO Max's guidelines.
Align with Social Media teams for potential co-marketing posts or organic integrations when relevant.
Share best practices and learnings across markets to drive consistency in brand activations.
- Support regional and local marketing activations (events, roadshows, industry initiatives) that elevate HBO Max's profile with advertisers.
Performance Tracking & Best Practices
- Document workflows, guidelines, and case studies of past brand integrations to build an internal reference library.
- Track and report progress of active projects, ensuring visibility for leadership and stakeholders.
Contribute to post-mortem evaluations, capturing insights for continuous process improvement.
Identify and recommend opportunities to submit executed projects for industry awards, amplifying HBO Max's visibility and demonstrating effectiveness in driving campaign results.
- Develop and maintain a library of regional success stories and campaign highlights to showcase HBO Max's effectiveness with advertisers, partnering with research and sales teams to iintegrate performance results and KPIs.
Job Requirements / Skills
Essential
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing, project management, or brand partnerships.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience liaising across teams; understanding of creative production workflows is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
- Passion for entertainment, storytelling, and branded content.
- Previous experience working with Ad Sales teams or supporting advertising-driven projects is preferred.
