Experienced Community Manager in Seattle minimum of 1 year in residential property management experience- Boutique company looking to fill an uncommon opening in October 2025.

Responsibilities

Monthly rent collection, delinquency management, invoice approval, oversight of vendors and staff, oversight of timely apartment turnovers, resident relations, marketing, touring and leasing apartments, planning and executing occasional events, timely reporting and other management duties.

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Budget Management and comprehension
  • Strong and proven leasing abilities
  • On-Site management of residential property-minimum of one year
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and proactive management style
  • Desire to grow and evolve
  • Adaptive to the needs of the organization and property
  • Responsive and deadline driven
  • Property management software experience
  • Ability to work 5 days per week, occasional weekends and responsive to property emergencies when appropriate
  • Self-motivated to achieve goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68, $70,000.00 per year
