Position Summary
We're looking for a warm, organized, people-first front desk coordinator who brings a hospitality mindset to our workplace.

What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist all walk-ins, visitors, and callers — serving as the face of the brand and ensuring a welcoming, professional first impression.
- Handle all inbound calls and client correspondence; schedule meetings, appointments, and organize team calendars.
- Provide clients with daily project or milestone updates and maintain excellent communication at all stages.
- Track, organize, and update client leads in the CRM systems (Asana and GoHighLevel), ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
- Support the Customer Success Manager with scheduling, client coordination, administrative tasks, and other general office tasks.
- Manage general administrative duties such as email communication, filing, organizing internal systems, and maintaining office operations.
- Assist in planning, supporting, and executing office events and client experiences — contributing to a dynamic and engaging workplace.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project flow.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years minimum experience in one of the following roles or industries: Hospitality, Event Planning, Front Desk Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, Customer service, etc. Some Sales Experience is also desirable.
- MUST be based in Santa Barbara, CA or surrounding areas. If you are not currently based or already living in this area - please do not apply.
- Friendly, confident, and naturally great with people
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — you help keep everything on track
- Positive energy and a team player mindset — someone who lifts the room and takes initiative without being asked
- Comfortable using basic tech tools and tech saavy— Outlook, Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, CRM platforms, etc.
Schedule:
Tuesday - Saturday
In-office, full-time 9am - 5pm
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate $22-$31/hr — based on experience
