One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an Office Administrator / Finance Clerk to join our Corporate team at our headquarters in Alexandria, VA. This in-office, part-time role supports day-to-day office operations, provides administrative assistance to internal teams, and assists with basic financial tasks within Unanet. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can efficiently manage administrative responsibilities while supporting clerical finance functions.
Office & Administrative Support
- Greet visitors, manage front-desk operations, and ensure a professional office environment.
- Handle incoming calls, mail, scheduling, and general correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, office activities, and internal logistics.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and overall workspace organization.
- Provide direct administrative support to the President & CEO, including special assignments requiring judgment and confidentiality.
Finance & Corporate Support
- Assist with financial data entry, reconciliations, and administrative tasks within Unanet.
- Support timesheet oversight, expense processing, and billing inquiries.
- Coordinate with the finance team on routine tasks, reporting needs, and internal follow-up.
- Assist Corporate Operations with research, documentation, and light analytical tasks, demonstrating the ability to learn quickly and reason through complex topics.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in administrative, office support, or finance-related roles.
- Basic understanding of finance, bookkeeping, or accounting processes.
- Ability to learn new systems rapidly; familiarity with Unanet is a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically, work independently, and take initiative.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the government contracting industry.
- Prior hands-on use of Unanet or other ERP system preferred
- Experience supporting executive staff or corporate operations.
