Responsibilities: The Event Coordinator is responsible for facilitating our events while ensuring the highest quality experience for our customers. This includes check-in, keeping the set itinerary, and working collaboratively with the Boston Event Manager, the bar/restaurant, and the trolley drivers. The ticket includes staff to guide the tour, so the Event Coordinator is not only responsible for the logistical side of the event, but will also be the tour guide for the trolley ride. Event Coordinators will be responsible for memorizing talking points on the tour, and creating a fun and engaging tour environment for their customers.
What our Event Coordinators do:
*Act as the face of the Holiday Lights Trolley Boston team
*Engage all customers while maintaining full control of the event from logistics to safety
*Maintain the set schedule and itinerary of each trip
*Account for every detail and see to it that each event runs seamlessly
*Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
*Must be available to work 3-4 days per week from 12/4/25 - 12/27/25
*Must be available to attend mandatory Event Coordinator training (date TBD - mid Nov.)
*Four year bachelor degree (preferred)
*Demonstrated leadership experience
*Ability to be "on" for the full 5-6 hour shift
*Dynamic and engaging personality
*Great public speaking skills
*Highly organized with good time management skills
*Strong problem solving ability
*Passion for events, people and fun
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
