We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead the successful execution of critical implementations, drive operational excellence, and expand our footprint within the financial services sector. This individual will play a key role in delivering technology-driven solutions that empower our clients, ensuring seamless project execution and alignment with their evolving needs. 
As a key member of the InvestorFlow Services team, you will be responsible for scoping, planning, and managing the implementation of InvestorFlow products, as well as leading internal strategic initiatives. Your ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, provide strategic direction, and maintain a client-centric approach will be essential in achieving success. We would expect this employee to work at least 3x/week from our NYC office. Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Project Execution: Define and lead high-impact projects for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and InvestorFlow's strategic goals. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage relationships with executives, internal teams, and external partners to drive alignment, foster collaboration, and ensure seamless execution. 
  • Project Planning & Governance: Develop and oversee governance models, project roadmaps, resource allocation, and financial oversight to drive execution efficiency. 
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive issue resolution to keep projects on track. 
  • Executive Reporting & Communication: Deliver high-level project updates, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making. 
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and coordinate activities across multiple business functions, ensuring seamless integration across technology, operations, and client teams. 
  • Operational Excellence:Establish best practices, enhance project delivery methodologies, and ensure adherence to Agile principles where applicable. 
  • Client-Centric Solutioning: Act as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic, technology-driven solutions. 
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with a strong track record of leading complex, enterprise-level initiatives. 
  • Proven executive presence with exceptional communication skills, able to influence and drive outcomes at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Financial services expertise, ideally with experience in alternative asset management, wealth management, or institutional investing
  • Salesforce knowledge preferred. 
  • Experience in DX, portals, and portal links highly desirable. 
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Agile & Strategic Execution: Deep experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to pivot strategies as needed. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented mindset. 
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. 
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving impactful results. 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 
$130,000 - $170,000 a year This salary range is based on the national average and will be commensurate with factors such as location, experience, and alignment.
