We have an opening for a Senior IT Project Manager.
The Senior IT Project Manager sits within our new Enterprise Content Management Systems team and is responsible for developing and driving comprehensive project plans around various initiatives and ensuring their successful delivery. This position will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to define goals and key requirements, ensure momentum on projects along with consistent and clear reporting to measure progress.
In this capacity, the Senior IT Project Manager will:
- Manage projects in accordance with the firm's established SDLC process. Ensure proper creation and delivery of SDLC deliverables, lead planning for SRB stage gate reviews;
- Oversee a portfolio of projects across various business areas and systems. Drive and manage multiple workstreams concurrently. Work with IT leadership in understanding sequencing and identifying dependencies;
- Develop project plans, create and manage sprints, track tasks, budgets, status reports and other key artifacts;
- Develop effective reporting for senior leadership around project status, risks, issues and budget;
- Manage the intake, tracking, and prioritization of new work;
- Schedule and run meetings. Ensure meetings are structured, focused with clear agendas and goals set;
- Coordinate work with other IT and business teams to drive and track progress; and
- Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness to the business and strong communication with leadership.
Proficiencies:
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Atlassian Confluence, and JIRA;
- Skilled in problem solving, navigating challenges and consistently driving progress;
- Proven ability to manage multiple streams of work effectively;
- Strong verbal and written skills;
- Excellent presentation skills; and
- Highly collaborative and customer focused.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred);
- Experienced managing large complex projects within a professional services industry;
- 10 years' experience in a project management role (preferred);
- At least 7 years of executive level engagement and customer service (required); and
- At least 7 years of information technology experience (required).

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $155,000 and a maximum of $201,400 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is exempt meaning it is not overtime pay eligible.
