$185,000-$220,000 base salary (depending on experience)

based in New York City is seeking a driven and detail-oriented
Senior Project Manager
to support ongoing interior buildouts across retail, corporate, residential, and commercial spaces. With a robust project pipeline and a collaborative team culture, this is a strong opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in construction management.

POSITION SUMMARY

The
Construction Senior Project Manager
will work closely with Project Managers, Project Executives and Superintendents to assist in the planning, coordination, and administration of commercial interior projects. This individual will be responsible for proper work delegation, complete project oversight, ensuring work stays on budget, on time and ensuring timely communication between field and office teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide overall team and project leadership.
  • Properly delegate documentation work, trade and vendor oversight, etc.
  • Oversee Quality Assurance/ Quality Control program.
  • Lead project meetings as needed.
  • Interface with clients, architects, and consultants in coordination with the PM, PX and Lead Super

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum
    10 years of experience
    working for a general contractor on
    commercial interiors, retail, residential, or corporate interior projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar construction management platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site and travel to job sites throughout
    New York City
    as needed
