We are seeking a driven, sales-focused professional with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires consistent interaction with customers by phone and email, following up on sales leads, resolving service issues, and coordinating solutions across departments. Proficiency in navigating software platforms—specifically ServiceTitan—is essential to support daily workflow, documentation, and customer communication. Above all, this individual must represent our company with professionalism, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute to the continued growth of our business.
Duties
- Answer and manage incoming customer phone calls and inquiries
- Provide professional and timely communication to customers regarding service needs, questions, and follow-ups
- Follow up on sales leads, proposals, and open service orders
- Use ServiceTitan to document customer interactions, schedule services, track jobs, and manage workflow
- Coordinate with internal departments (service, repairs, construction, billing) to resolve customer issues and ensure accurate information is communicated
- Research products, parts, and solutions to assist customers with informed recommendations
- Maintain detailed notes, follow-up tasks, and accountability within the CRM system
- Assist customers with service scheduling, billing questions, and general support
- Represent the company professionally in all communications, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Support the sales process by identifying opportunities to promote additional services and long-term maintenance programs
- Participate in team meetings and contribute feedback to improve customer service and sales performance
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with customers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow-up deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation
- Experience using ServiceTitan or similar CRM/dispatching software (preferred but not required if willing to learn quickly)
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to remain composed and professional when assisting frustrated or time-sensitive customers
- Strong follow-through and accountability in completing customer requests and sales opportunities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales results and customer satisfaction

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
