About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative at Flow Pros Plumbing, your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Coordinating with our plumbing team to schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians to customer locations.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation in our system.
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in Service Titan.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and Service Titan.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services.
  • Experience in Service Titan is preferred.
