What You'll Actually Do As A Client Associate:

  • Communicate directly with clients and customers to understand needs, offer support, and build trusted relationships
  • Connect with clients through active listening and help guide them toward effective, tailored solutions
  • Provide timely updates, insights, and personalized service to strengthen long-term client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Client Associate teammates to ensure smooth execution of tasks and deliverables behind the scenes
  • Collect and relay feedback from client and customer interactions to support continuous improvement across the Client Associate team
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability across all touchpoints
